Richmond Laser Printer and Fax Repair began in 1987 by Tom Chiffriller and John Grover.
We started out as Just the Fax because all we sold was fax paper.
The roll kind.
The kind that everyone hated.
We knew that technology wasn't going to last so we began exploring other areas.
We began selling toner cartridges for laser printers and laser fax machines.
Eventually our toner cartridge customers began asking us to fix their machines.
We started our service department in 1992 by taking apart a used HP Laserjet II machine.
