SABP has been employing families through 12 wars, 10 economic recessions and has seen 14 presidents elected to office. SABP Print Solutions, originally known as Santa Ana Blue Print, was established in 1946 in downtown Santa Ana, California. SABP is the oldest and one of the few remaining privately owned and operated WBE & DBE Certified Reprographics Companies in Orange County.
Leonard Howes bought the business in 1973 and with the help of his two sons Mark and Paul, they ran a very successful blue print company. Leonard began the ongoing process of archiving all the Orange County Official Record Maps, the oldest dating back to 1841. His oldest son Mark took over the day to day operations of the business in the early 80's and inherited the company when Leonard passed away.
Mark relocated SABP in 1995 to Sky Park Circle in Irvine. The company was incorporated in 1999 under the name SABP Inc. After an arduous battle with cancer, Mark passed away in 2001 at the age of 45. SABP is committed to helping find a cure for cancer and contributes each year to the American Cancer Society.
