Lisa Gordon never dreamed she'd end up celebrating 30 years of owning a business in Taos when she came for a Halloween party in 1979. She'd been traveling with no real agenda, but she immediately felt comfortable in Taos and decided to stay. We are proud of the fact that we are truly a Taos original, being the first copy shop to open in this community.
Copy Queen was founded in 1980 by Lisa Gordon; Lisa has more than 40 years experience in the copy industry and is actively involved in the shops daily functions. Nicole at Copy Queen does all my prints for me, they are fast, friendly and do great work. Their prints are richer in color than other small printers in town. Copy Queen is an absolute pleasure to work with.
I am a 2011 graduate from UNM Taos. Where I got two certificates one in Digital Graphic Design and the other in Business Computers. I have been working with computers and design for over 25 years. I have been working for Lisa at Copy Queen for over 15 years. Over all those years I have got to meet and know a lot a great people from this diverse community that we live in, and I'm proud to call Taos my home.
