When she moved to Florida in 1993, she managed restaurants becoming a General Manager for Bennigans at 23.
It was during this time that she realized her love for helping people progress in their careers and growing a business with a focus on excellent customer service.
She went on to recruit for businesses in both the clerical and industrial field learning what was important to hiring and keeping good people in a warehouse environment.
