The RapidTag is a high-speed automatic screen printer that specializes in printing smaller images for promotional products and garments.
We are pleased and excited to introduce the ASPE "RapidTag".
This system allows any shop to quickly and cost-effectively relabel garments and promotional products like never before, performing all necessary steps on-board so there is no need for additional equipment (such as a device for curing, etc).
Rather than stopping or slowing down production on your screen printing equipment, you can now print all your labels (and for that matter, sleeve prints, on-the-pocket prints, nape of neck prints, bags, socks, gloves, napkins, can coolers, wristbands, etc. ) on a small, highly efficient setup that won't interfere with any of your existing profit centers.

Originally designed for printing tagless garment labels, the LP1 (as well as the rest of our products) has adapted itself to printing promotional products and other odd-shaped products & components.
The LP1 is our most affordable model and still one of the best sellers.
Every print head comes with its own flash cure so you do not have to print wet on wet.
This allows the operators to continue production without having to worry about build-up on the next screen.
Adjust your squeegee angle and control your squeegee flexing accordingly to print on all different types of substrates with a variety of different inks.

The option to print Can Cooler can be printed on any machine, from the RapidTag LPSeries to the ASPE LPXL Series.
You only need the corresponding pallets.
This option expands your product palette and possibilities.
All Neoprene and foam can coolers are supposed to be the same size but are sewn in two different ways.
This affects the loading of the can cooler for printing.
While foam and neoprene can coolers are advertised to be 4 inches wide, they have different pallet sizes.
Usually, the pallets are about 3.75 inches wide for a foam can cooler and about 3.5 inches for a neoprene cooler.

Right now our industry is dominated by embroidery on hats, so here at ASPE we thought, what if we can print the tread instead of stitching it?
Printing the designs directly onto the hat will allow you to have a lower cost per impression and will also greatly increase your production speeds.
In this video, we are printing about 700 to 1000 hats per hour, which far exceeds anything that you can ever do with embroidery machines.
There are levers below the loading and the unloading station that allow you to easily secure or release the hat from the machine.

Trust us we get customers sending us glove samples constantly.
The RapidTag makes perfect sense for marking logos on gloves.
The small footprint and the fact that the ink dries right after the printing process makes the RapidTag a manufacturing dream come true.
We printed these gloves on a single-color automatic screen printing press (formally known as the RapidTag!)
This was done with 60 mesh with 250-micron film with a double stroke.
