Services
At Majestic Teez "Your Print is Our Priority" and in order to be Majestic Teez ready here are a few things you need to know.
We will only accept a 50% deposit for jobs that are $300 or more, all other jobs need to be payed in full in order for us to start production.
After job approval, most jobs will take 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
We accept payments from all major credit cards, paypal, cashapp or zelle.
We take full responsibility for any print that was not done properly.
If a customer is unsatisfied with any prints they will be refunded in-full per item or the prints can be re-printed upon customer request.

If you are supplying a raster based image file format, it should be saved as.
TIFF.EPS.CDR or.
PSD for 1 color or multi-color graphics.
Either of these formats should include a transparent background and not be a flattened image file.
Please remember to convert all text to outlines when submitting a file.
Artwork has to be digitized in order for embroidery to be done.
We require.

Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?.
Unfortunately we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed.
We are only able to cancel orders and/or cancel selected item(s) before the order has shipped and you must email us at majetsicteez@gmail.com to cancel your order.
Once an order is canceled, it may take up to 24 hours before you are able to place a new order for the same items.
Please note, if you cancel your order, you run the risk that your selected merchandise will be out of stock.
