Customers are welcome to ship or drop off equipment to our service facility during business hrs M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
We charge $49 for a Repair Estimate and will apply this amount towards either the repair cost quoted (based on labor rates above) or cost of product replacement (if more economical).

Most items are covered by our standard 90 day warranty or the mfg warranty.
We will be happy to repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective product within its warranty period.
If however you wish to bypass our warranty and request a refund, we do have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your refurbished printer purchase, simply return the unwanted product for refund within 30 days from the original invoice date.
