Letterpress printing can produce some of the most beautiful wedding invitations and business cards you can imagine. We can make letterpress plates from most any digital file. For a business card that stands out above the gang printed mass of UV smelling plastic cards. Foil printing is "hot stamped" using the same vintage Heidelberg Windmills that we do all of our letterpress printing on. It's not much more expensive to add foil as a highlight to your invitations, while adding a lot of pizazz!
We have 100's of color options for foil. Just ask for a sample foil color swatch and we'll mail it out. Digital printing is our most economical method for short runs such as invitations or if you perhaps need a few hundred brochures, business cards, or envelopes.

Mercurio Brothers Printing started as a 2-man operation by my father Tony and my Uncle Jack back in 1946.
My father had recently returned from serving in the military during World War II and was looking for ideas for starting a business.
Back in those days, you could take printing classes in junior high and Berkeley High school, which Dad and Uncle Jack both did.
So after borrowing some money from my Grandpa and Grandma, Mercurio Brothers Printing was born.
We are still your basic "mom and pop" print shop today.

Options such as hot foil stamp printing, round-cornering, or edge-painting can be added to cards of any size.
Simply enter any quantity you'd like (minimum of 20).

Letterpress Square Flap Envelopes

These envelopes are letterpress printed just like the cards.
The Strathmore envelopes are an excellent match to both the Strathmore and the Somerset cards.
If you are getting Lettra cards, then obviously, order the Lettra envelopes.
Note: Lettra A-7 "Plus" is only available with a V-flap, but matching A-7's and 4-Bars with V-flap are available.
The A-7 envelopes are used for the 5 x 7 invitations.
If you order the A-7 Envelopes for the "inner" envelope and the A-7"Plus" for the outer envelope, the inner A-7 will be ungummed.
