Like many Bay Area businesses, Merch Monster started in a garage.
I needed a change from my career in IT project management and decided to revisit my passion for making physical products.
A few years prior I started an online t-shirt company, and worked with many screen printers.
There were numerous challenges including non-existent customer service, lack of quality control and unpredictable delivery times.
It made me realize that there was an opportunity to improve the screen printing experience.

DTG printing is a newer digital printing technology that excels at reproducing complex artwork with a high number of colors such as photographs, paintings and drawings without the setups required in screen printing.

The Process

If you want to reprint a job previously done by another printer, we can reproduce it exactly IF you provide us with a physical copy of one of the items.
If you no longer have a copy, we will do our best but we may not be able to match the print sizing or colors exactly.
Photos are helpful, but we cannot reproduce an item exactly using photos.
After our meeting, we'll give you a quote with some product and decorating recommendations we think will best suit your needs.
Your cost is directly related to the number of print locations and colors you have in your design.
If you no longer have a copy, we will do our best but we may not be able to match the print sizing or colors exactly.
