One of the most common inks used in screen printing, plastisol is a suspension of PVC particles in what is referred to as a plasticizer--a chemical additive that increases flexibility, it has a plastic feel and appearance.
Water-based inks offer more penetration of fabric than plastisol-based processes and are employed when a softer result is sought.
Production timeframe is based on the technicality of the project, but our standard turn around is 10 business days.

We have a wide range of styles to choose from, working with a team of designers we are able to pin-point the vision you are looking for, once we have matched you with the right artist we will start with the first phase of the process.
Phase 1: Mock ups, your artist will start with three mock ups for you to choose from.
Once, one is agreed upon we will move to phase two.
Phase 2: Refining, once we have agreed on one of your mock ups, we can then start fine tuning every shape and detail so that your vision comes to life.
