Our founder, Walt Gutowski Sr. was a first generation American born citizen of polish immigrants.
Senior, as we called him, knew he was destined to own his own Grand Rapids, Michigan based print shop back in the 1940's.
He opened his first shop out of his home in 1950 and moved to our current building on Bridge Street in 1954.
Fast forward to now, we have expanded our capabilities, yet still have the same values instilled in us from Walt Sr. Senior worked in the Grand Rapids print shop every day of his life.

The Red Lion Vintage Neon is back up located at Swift Printings text to pay public parking lot (412 Bridge Street).
This year ArtPrize has stepped up the fun for spectators.
It is a game! (Best association I can make is it's similar to Pokemon Go) Simply scan a venue sign QR code with your phones camera.
Follow a few opt-in steps (you have to enter a valid phone number) and it will tell you what prize you have found.
You don't keep the prize.
You pick what artist the prize should go to!
You can always pick the same artist no matter what venue you are located at or change it up as well.

We had our unveiling of our big community project - the resurrection of The Red Lion Vintage Neon.
Traditionally we have always been a commercial print shop known for our swift service.
However, with the increased amount of foot traffic on Bridge Street, we are getting called to be even more swift.
You want a handful of copies and you want them now.
Guess what?
We now can affordably get you the copies you need.
In 2006 we had the honor of having her older sister, the first igen90 placement in the world.
