If you are a first time customer, we do require payment in advance of production.
All local, repeat customers can be put on account per their request after the first completed job.
Please note that there is a 3.8% credit card processing fee that the customer must pay for.
We thank you for your understanding.
Because jobs are completed with quick turnarounds, we request all cancellations in writing.
If production has not begun & no design was created by our staff, we can cancel a job free of charge.
