Innsbruck Printing opened for business in 1991 as a Franklin's Printing franchise by Hugh and Barbara McPherson. Originally located in the Garden Village Plaza, West Seneca, NY it offered offset printing, black & white copies, office supplies, self service copies and a fax service. A few months later their son Bryan joined the business after earning a degree at Ithaca College.
In 1999, after growing the business for 8 years, it was time to leave the plaza and move to a business park setting. This move allowed for the company to better focus on its core clientele, small and medium sized businesses and institutions in need of customized printing and personalized customer service. With the move came a large upgrade in equipment including digital copiers, a true 2-tower press and digital plate-making capabilities.
As well as offering bulk mailing services. In 2006, after fulfilling the franchise agreement, the company opted for independence and changed its name to Innsbruck Printing and Mailing Services.
