Three determined individuals started Specialist as a computer data-processing enterprise for the direct mail industry in 1993. Frank Scorzelli, Andrew Campbell, and Jay Pardo began their business in an office space the size of a closet, equipped with a handful of computers. During their first year they serviced many direct mail houses in San Diego and surrounding areas.

Under general supervision and with regular review is responsible for responding to customer/prospective customer inquiries related to product, service, production procedures, digital specifications and/or account status and relating production information to Sales representatives.
Responds to all customer and prospective customer phone and email inquiries including providing technical support, education of production procedures and communicating mailing and print status.
