Our minimum order for embroidery starts at 25pcs, & discounts are available for higher quantities. Our standard screen printing is done using traditional Eco Friendly plastisol inks. We are capable of printing up to 10 colors on light garments, and up to 9 colors on dark garments that require an underbase print. At BowWow Graphics, our standard prints are printed exclusively using pthalate free plastisol inks.
These inks are manufactured to be the safest plastisol inks on the market. Our superior standard prints have a "soft -hand" feel and are often mistaken for water-based ink prints on light garments.

Screen printing is a printing technique used to push ink through a mesh stencil onto textiles.
Each colour in your design requires a different stencil (or screen) to be made.
Once the screens are made we make sure all colors line up (or register) to one another.
We then print all the garments on an automated press which is capable of incredibly precise, repeatable printing on 1,000's of t-shirts a day using the same screens.
Even after the introduction of digital garment printing, screen printing remains the best process for printing textiles.
