As we all transition back to work as safely as possible we are happy to be able to offer the option to place and pay for your orders online and by phone, as well as contactless pickup when your order is ready. For more than 25 years we have been proud to offer our personalized and friendly screen printing service to anyone in need of great screen printed products, and we are especially proud to serve the local businesses and schools that make the Pioneer Valley so special to us.
At One Way Screen Printing we offer the kind of human customer service and attention to detail that these big online automated print shops cannot compete with. When you work with One Way Screen Printing you are not only supporting your local mom and pop t-shirt shop but you are also getting the attention and care that you deserve. Just because we are small and local doesn't we can't offer a fair price for our service.
We do our best to offer our garments at an affordable price and we can work with you directly to help keep the costs of your job within budget.

Screen Printing Basics
Report
So you say you wanna print some t-shirts?
We are always happy to explain this to you if you get confused, but have a look below for an overview of the very basics of how transforming an image from a drawing or digital image into a final printed product.
Computers display tone through transparency, but in printing this is not possible.
In order to create the different tones (or shades) of a design we use a half tone (think Pop Art or newspaper printing), where the illusion of tone is created by a pattern of dots of varying sizes.

Although we are open to whatever your imagination comes up with, there are some standard print locations to choose from.
We have tried our best to show you what these will look like in reality on a Small shirt, but please be aware that these mock ups are only meant to give a general idea of placement and are not meant to represent actual shirt dimensions.
The print sizes listed are standards that we have developed over time and we feel like these sizes work best across a range of different sized garments.

Our design department is always here to help you transform the simplest thought or sketch into a fully realized design.
Wether you have no idea or lots of ideas, we can work with you to create unique artwork for your project.
We'll talk with you to get an idea of what you are looking for, and email you some options to choose from.
Once you let us know what you like (and suggest any changes you would like made), we will put together a final design proof for you to approve before any printing is done.
