Back in 1998, when I was pregnant with my second child I desperately wanted to work from home. I had a great job doing insurance billing for an Oral Surgeon, Dr. Robert Wheeler in Lake Forest. The commute, traffic and time away from my family, had become just too much. I had the idea and interest to do hand prints several years earlier, but it seemed never the right time.
When my daughter came along, I looked into the price of day care, commuting etc. and boom! The idea and concept of Little Bitty Prints was set in motion. Now, 22 years later, what started as a small home-based business has grown by leaps and bounds, way more then I ever expected. I take an enormous amount of pride in the work that I do. It is my passion.
It truly gives me a great amount of happiness creating these wonderful keepsakes for parents everywhere. I have been blessed with great employees who equally strive to give my customers the best, and I am truly grateful to have found a great team of stay at home Moms who bend over backwards to put out a great final product.

Our unique At Home Print Kit was developed for making impressions at home.
For those who are not close to the Inland Empire area, our Print Kit is a great solution!
The Kit is all inclusive and contains everything you need to make a temporary impression of your child's hand and/or foot at home.
It also contains all the necessary packaging materials to mail it back to our studio for completion of your High Quality Custom Ceramic Impression.
All handprints are handcrafted.
They are not perfect and no two are the same, colors and shapes can vary.

All kit orders will ship 1-4 days from purchase.
Unless purchased during a holiday, at which point it will ship out on our next working day.
Shipping on our kits works differently than walk-in appointments.
Kits get shipped three times.
We mail the customer the kit and the customer mails the kit back after doing the impression.
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs when they ship the kit back to us.
After we receive the kit, it then takes 6-8 weeks to finish the product.
Once the product is completed, we ship the final product back to the customer.

Refunds

Due to the fact all items are made to order and are all customized to each customer, we do not offer refunds.
If there is a broken impression on any kit orders, we will remake the plate with the mold we create from the kit.
This will start the process all over again.
At that point in time, we will contact the customer and let them know where we're at in the process.
On walk-in appointments, if your item breaks, we will gladly make a new plate, you just have to bring the child back.

On the back of each impression we will record all of your child's information.

Birth or current (birth weight, time of birth, length and anything else you might like to include) in permanent ceramic pen so that you will always remember when you made your keep sake.
Also you can personalize the back of each piece, for example mommy and daddy's little girl, grannies little angel, grandma and grandpa's little man.
Our plates can be hung or placed on a plate stand to display.
