How can I prepare the files to send?
A. Before uploading your files, please check our guidelines below.
All file formats must have a minimum of 300 dpi resolution.
Web images are done at a low screen resolution of 72 dpi.
Print images need to be created at 300 dpt or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.
Color files are CMYK color mode.
Black & White files are Gray-scale color mode.
For business cards, postcards and rackcards, please add 0.1 dimension.
For all other products, please add 0.125 dimension.
