A buying group led by Nancy Salvini along with the third generation of printers in the family; Beth Salvini and Amy Salvini-Swanson, have acquired controlling shares of the museum quality commercial printer.
Emil Salvini, who took over control of the business from his father in 1985, will take on the responsibilities of sales and marketing.
His wife Nancy, who has been involved in the business for three decades will manage the business as it's new CEO.
