Printing and Packaging, Inc. is a G7 Certified Packaging Printer.
We were established in 1946 as a package printer with 21,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space in Shelby, North Carolina.
Still thriving at our original location in an expanded space, we produce package headers, clamshell inserts, blister cards and skinboards in paper weights ranging from 8 point to 32 point.
Printing and Packaging also produces saddle stitched books, spiral bound books, multiple fold instruction sheets, brochures, catalog sheets, promotional posters, stationery and even business cards.

Blister Packaging is a great way to allow your product to be completely visible to the buyer, while keeping plastic use to a minimum.
Our blister cards are printed on certified blister card paperboard and coated with solvent-based adhesive, to ensure a perfect seal every time.
As with all of our paperboard products, our blister cards are 100% recyclable.
Our blister card printing service is available in combination and dedicated runs, on stocks ranging from 16 pt to 26 pt.

Clamshell Inserts

Clamshell packaging is a great way to display your product and can help prevent theft with the use of heat or sonic sealers.
The clear cavity easily allows the customer to view the product, while still giving ample room for marketing materials on the clamshell insert.

Clamshell inserts can be fitted to the back of the clamshell, as well as the cavity.
A variety of configurations are available to allow completely visible, partially covered and completely covered products.

No need to purchase expensive equipment, simply place your product in a poly bag, then attach a fold-over card to the top of the bag.
That's all there is to it!
Our header cards are available in a variety of stocks, ranging from 10-28 pt., depending on the weight of your product.
We can also provide custom shapes, as well as multiple hang holes to help with weight distribution.
In addition to a standard header card that staples to a bag, we offer heat seal cards to customers who have heat sealing equipment.
