My name is Eliza, owner of Eliza V's Framing and Printing, and it is with deep sorrow that I have to announce the passing of my father, the great Peter V. We found out in early June that he had stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and a month later, he was gone. Many knew him as the eclectic frame shop owner of Peter V's Framing. He was truly a master of his craft, and taught me everything I know.
He loved art and framing deeply. Even on his most sick days towards the end, he demanded coming to work to make sure everything was running smoothly. Over the years, we've gone on countless pickups and deliveries, framed thousands of pieces of art, and met a lot of cool people. I will always cherish those memories and time spent with my dad. Peter was also a life-long musician, playing guitar, bass and a little bit of drums.
He loved anything music/recording related and spent countless hours researching and fiddling with various guitar pedals and recording equipment. Peter came to America with his family from Greece when he was just 5 years old.

Our story begins in the early 80's when Peter decided to answer an ad in the newspaper for a picture framing job.
He didn't really know what the job entailed, but thought he would try it out.
After the first month of trial and error accompanied with learning any new skill, he started to fall in love with framing.
As the months turned into years, he worked on perfecting his techniques as well as his eye for design.
Peter wanted to take his passion to greater heights, and decided after 8 years of having a boss, he would be his own boss.
