Services
After working in the screen printing industry for many years, I decided one day to go out on my own, which led me to open Acclaimed Printing in 2002.
This was a small business, however, it had a loyal customer base.
At that time, we offered screen printing and a die cutting service; our primary business at that time was screen printing on hockey pucks and novelty sticks for college hockey teams.
I was excited to build this business into what I envisioned it to be and I was eager to add services to fit our customer's needs in an industry that is constantly evolving.

Pad Printing is a printing process that can transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object by using a silicone pad to lift an image from a flat plane and depositing that image onto a 3-D object or a flat surface.
Pad printing is used for printing on products that are otherwise difficult to print on such as medical, automotive, and electronic objects.
Pad Printing allows you to transfer ink to a variety of surfaces such as flat, cylindrical, spherical, compound angles, textures, concave, or convex surfaces.

Foil stamping is a specialty printing process that uses a heated die, pressure, and a foil film.
The foil comes in rolls in a wide assortment of colors, finishes, and optical effects.
Metallic foil is most commonly seen today - particularly gold foil, silver foil, copper foil.
Foils are also used to tip or the "Tipping" of raised letters on plastics for a dynamic effect.
The hot die works similarly to a letterpress.
Once heated, it presses the foil against the substrate material with enough pressure that the foil sticks only in the intended places, leaving an imprint.

This service is for those who need additional assembly services or even packaging for components.
We can assemble and package sub-components and finished products in accordance with your marketing, manufacturing, and packaging needs.
The image below shows assembly of brushes used for testing asphalt shingles.
It begins with grouping individual wire strands.
Strands are grouped into smaller amounts using a custom tool designed to hold the exact amount while the o-rings are applied.
Groups of strands are glued into the brush head with the o-rings pushed down for strength and stabilization as glue cures.
