Screen printing is usually the best when you are printing more than 24 shirts, want a high level of vibrancy, are printing on dark shirts, have multiple locations, or would like specialty inks. The ink in screen printing is applied thicker than digital printing, which results in brighter colors. All of our embroidery orders are priced based on stitch count.

The stitch count is determine when a logo or design is digitized. If you do not have a digitized (DST) file of your logo/design, we charge a one-time fee and will keep your design on file for future embroidery orders. DTG printing is ideal for designs that are full-color, have gradients or shading, include photographs and high-resolution images or images containing a variety of different colors.

DTG printing is optimal for small orders, where screens would not be cost effective, or orders where the same image needs to be resized for different shirts (adult to youth prints). If you are looking to print full color on a low quantity of shirts, DTG is usually the best option.
