After thirty years of experience working in the technical services division of several companies in the Piedmont area of North Carolina, such as NCR, Decision Data and Rodan Inc., Roger Elliott decided to establish a printer / company service company addressing, first and foremost, the hardware service needs of businesses in the area while at the same time saving our customers the headaches of high cost service and impersonal response by the "Big Guys".

ESP offers network agreements for customers that do not have a full time Network Administrator.
With this agreement we can work on PC's, your network, network printers and can manage your servers for your business without paying for a full-time network administrator.
This agreement will offer you these services without the worry of labor charges, travel charges and the comfort of having us a telephone call away.
This agreement also will enable you to be put as a priority over Time and Material calls as well.

Managed Print Services

ESP offers Managed Print Services to our customer that will give them an option to combine the cost of toner with the cost of printer maintenance.
This would be offered to our customers at a low Cost Per Page (CPP).
All laser printers would qualify for this service.
All other printers would be able to be covered under Printer Maintenance.
