As many companies got started, our owner worked in corporate marketing and saw opportunities for an honest, knowledgeable, straight shooter to sell printing for a great quality-oriented company in King of Prussia, PA. He began as the 14th employee in 1983 and helped build it into a powerhouse with over 125 dedicated employees. So again, it was time to venture out and help companies with fewer and fewer people in the graphics, marketing and purchasing departments do more and more with less time and less money.
Morris Print Management became the solution. Simply put, it was to become the "go to supplier" for all kinds of printing in terms of run length, number of colors and type of project. Customers facing deadlines and with fewer in the departments asked if we could also help them get their banners, their cartons, their yard signs, their posters and many other specialty items.
We, of course said yes, and it became so much easier for them to make one call and get it all done! It worked and we now count some customers with 10, 20 and 30 year histories of working together.

Very efficient modern printing presses with computer controls run our presses today, but they still need the experienced eye of a trained pressman to make the final OK to print.
Presses today range from one to eight colors meaning you can print 4 color photos and have accenting coatings of gloss and matte aqueous inks, and spot Pantone PMS colors.
All accomplished with one pass through the press.
Proofing is carefully done with hard copy high resolution proofs and PDF proofs where desired or after making minor changes to the original proof.

File Preparation

If you do not have a full version of Acrobat Professional or Acrobat Distiller, this may not be possible.
If you simply try to make a pdf using a built in application, your files may not print well.
A quick test you can use to see if your files look good is simply to view the PDF file at 400% to 600% on your screen.
What your eye can now see at this zoom level is what you will see on a printed sheet.
Viewing an image on your monitor at 100% (or smaller) won't give you the information you need to determine the quality of your file.
If you simply try to make a pdf using a built in application, your files may not print well.

Digital jobs can be one or two working days and offset jobs can be in the same time-frame but frequently are more complex so expect delivery in 5 or so working days.
If delivery dates or in the mail dates are critical, you will need to discuss this before a job comes in.
Delay in approving proofs, incomplete files and reproofing may delay original delivery dates so review this carefully.
These sorts of delays can also result in additional charges for overtime to meet your dates.
Generally, deliveries within a 15 mile radius of King of Prussia are free and will be by end of day unless this requirement is discussed in advance.
