Learn more about our screen printing services.

Through the years, we have tackled just about any challenge there is when it comes to screen printing.
Odd-shaped bottles, ink adhesion issues, and automated technology, just to name a few.
Faq
Report
Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh or screen is used to transfer ink onto a fabric or container surface.
A screen is burned using a film to create a negative image.
A squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the negative space with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the surface.
This causes the ink to wet the surface and be pulled out of the mesh as the screen springs back after the squeegee has passed.
One color is printed at a time, so several screens are used to produce multiple colors.

Textiles
Report
Textile printing is the printing process in which colored dyes or pigments are applied to and bonded with the fiber of the textiles.
We use plastisol and water-based inks.
We carefully print and cure our inks to provide resistance to fading, washing, and friction.

Need some help with graphic design?
We can take existing artwork meant for other mediums and format it for screen printing, or digital reproduction.
When setting up a new job, often we're faced with challenges.
It might be artwork that includes converting multi-color art into single color prints or creating color separations from artwork that isn't in vector format.
Additionally, we are often called upon by clients that may have an idea for a project but no pre-existing artwork for creating quality printable graphics.
