If the work done is significantly different from the proof supplied to you, or when receiving your order there was a defective garment(s), we will return the order as a full refund as long as it is under two weeks from the day you receive it.
For embroidery: If each item you order uses the same design, you may combine items, sizes and colors for pricing (see below for exclusion on headwear), although there is a minimum of six per item per color.
