Eino Products
In 1968, Diamond Chase Company entered and revolutionized the screen printing industry. Time and time again, they proved to be on the cutting edge of technology by creating products designed to make the screen printing process faster and more accurate. Products developed over the years have led to a wide and diverse product line.

In 2004, Eino Products purchased the Diamond Chase line of products and continues to produce the high quality line of screen printing frames and products with the same great people that have been with the company for more than 20 years. We are the only aluminum screen printing frame manufacturer that makes an entire line of frames from the legendary draw bar frame to the roller frame to the stretch and glue frame.

Along with a stable, knowledgeable production crew, we are privileged to have dedicated and experienced key people. Alan Hamu, son of the original owner, continues to work with us on engineering, design, and product improvements along with providing technical support.

Roller Chase Frame
Report
Diamond Chase / Eino Products team has re-designed the Roller Chase Screen Printing frame as the RcX for 2006.
This high quality roller frame features an all metal construction with stronger components compared to past roller frames.
Our Top Loading double rod locking system captures the fabric quickly and consistently with the use of a wheel type insertion tool.
Other features include molded internal threads sealed within the polished endlug preventing the possibility of water retention within the roller caused by the hardware.
Tension Quik Screen Stretcher
Report
The Tension-Quik is a low cost, easy-to-use screen stretching system.
Combined with static stretch & glue frames, the Tension-Quik, as an adjustable or welded stretcher, is the least expensive route to high tension screens.
As a frame, it provides a fast screen making system.
The Tension-Quik is primarily manufactured as an adjustable screen stretcher for glue-on frames.
Four independent channels link together allowing the unit to slide in and out, adjusting the size of the stretcher in both directions.

Report
There are many factors in choosing the right frame: the application, the image size to be printed, the run size, and the equipment it will be used on are just some of the variables.
Different frames can be used for the same application.
Retensionable frames (draw bar and roller) are used in applications where high tensions are desirable.
Draw bar frames are particularly good for printed circuits, decals, membrane switches, serigraphy, signage, face panels, glass, clear coating, and anywhere tight registration is required.
