About Us
Report
Artistry Printing started out with the goal to provide the highest quality prints to our customers.
To do that we purchased the finest pigment ink printers available and use only premium papers and materials.
We quickly discovered that that was not enough.
The science and technical knowledge behind making a gallery quality print was complex and involved.
As we mastered the techniques, we took it upon ourselves to teach others how to do it.
Though we still offer private instruction we also learned that the investment in hardware and materials to consistently make good prints, especially large ones, was a bigger investment than most people wanted to make.

Fine Art Paper Prints – more
Report
Traditionally the medium of choice for photographers that wanted the best printed reproduction of their work.
Originally, printing an image was a chemical process but today's ink-jet printing technology has largely replaced chemical printing.
It provides better quality on a much larger selection of paper types with the bonus of a longer lifetime.
Typically over 100 years.
Exhibition Papers are the highest quality paper available.
We source these papers from Hahnemuhle in Germany and Canson in France.

Canvas Prints – more
Report
Our Company started out printing on Canvas.
We love the texture and image quality and the medium allows us to make prints as large as 6 feet by 10 feet with no external frame or glass needed.
We believe for portraits, wedding pictures, animals and photos with lots of textures, Canvas is the best choice.
We prefer to offer OBA (Optical Brighteners) Free Canvas to avoid any long term "yellowing".
These papers are archival certified for 100+ years.
Unless a specific canvas is specifically requested, we offer a heavy Matte Canvas for Portraits and a heavy semi-gloss Canvas for Landscapes and Animals.

Metal Prints – more
Report
Metal Prints are created by using an advanced dye sublimation process and require special Printers, Ink, Paper and a Heat Press.
We print at 1/2 speed on premium, transfer paper to attain the highest resolution and finest gradations possible.
The Ink is very special as it has to vaporize at high temperatures and pressure.
Though we purchase the highest quality Ink system available for Metal Printing.
We print on heavy transfer paper for stability and maximum ink density transfers.
After printing, the image is pressed under high temperature and pressure onto premium aluminum blanks coated with a white gloss receptive layer.
