Communication with Jason was really smooth. He initially encountered some trouble printing my parts and he communicated that to me early on so I was aware of the delay. He ended up resolving the issue and printing the parts. I appreciate the effort he put in debugging the issue. Jinxbot provided quick turn around. Printing was more detailed than I expected.
He gave me some good advice and provided solid expectation management so I knew what I was getting and what I was paying for and updated me with snapshots as the model was being printed. He even gave me tips regarding clean up (the product has a lot of detailed parts so I opted for my own clean up). He had good response times and seems really into 3-D printing in general.
